” Kirkland said Colliere will keep its name and doesn’t expect any majo r changes in day-to-day operations. The combination of the four firmxs results in a property managemeny portfolio of 288 million squarw feet and a leasing portfolio of 210 million square The combined company manages morethan 20,00o locations for Fortune 1000 companies as well as othedr organizations. Last year, the combined capital marketxs transaction volumewas $5 billion. Colliers Turleyu Martin Tucker is one ofthe country’s larges t commercial real estate firms. It also has offices in St. Indianapolis; Kansas City, Mo.; Minneapolis/St. Paul; and Nashville, Tenn.
