Revware presidentg Tom Welsh said that his company has been using MicroScribe products for 15 yearsz and when he saw that Immersion was looking tosell MicroScribe, he jumped on the “We are going to be able to focus on MicroScribwe in a way that Immersiobn was not able to,” Welsh said.

Welsh said Design which peaked at15 employees, had pared down since the technologyy bubble burst. Revware has fewer than five employees. Welsh said with the acquisitiobof MicroScribe, the company will grow in Raleign and on the West Coast. But he declinesd to elaborate, saying that negotiationsa are stillunder way.
Welsh did say Revwarr is taking steps to reactivate resale channelzfor MicroScribe.
